The 2006 Woodstock Film Festival was a blast as always. The festival has a great advisory panel of industry insiders and A-list indie actors. This years awards ceremony had presentations by Rosie Perez and Matt Dillon. And, it was cool to see Michael Lang who founded the first Woodstock music festival. There is a photo below of Michael with Rosie and Barbara.

I met documentary filmmaking legend Barbara Kopple. independentfilm.com interviewed several filmmakers and those those videos will be posted soon. One of my favorites was an interview with Wavy Gravy! (He's not just a Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Flavor) I'm currently in the midst of a HUGE documentary project that's chewing up a lot of my independentfilm.com editing time.
